Lovely office and staff. From the front desk staff to checking out, it was a seamless experience. I went in for a consultation with Meagan for potential laser work to remove past acne scaring and work through the frustrations of hormonal acne. She really really knew her stuff. I was impressed! I shared a complete rundown of products, medications and supplements I am on and she gave me such thorough guidance on what to proceed with and do away with.

She also made fantastic recommendations for things I can do outside of treatments in the office. I never once felt pressured to buy anything on the spot. I am really looking forward to working with her to help me reach my skin goals.

The spa was very and clean. Emily, the spa manager, was very sweet and helpful! It was my first time getting laser hair removal and her and my service provider, Meagan, eased my mind about the process. Meagan was quick and very knowledgeable as well. I love this place! Hair removal has been the bane of my existence. I’ve tried laser hair removal before and it was painful at the previous place that I went to and so even though I paid for a whole package I ended up quitting after the 2nd treatment. My skin is brown, so apparently hair removal is tough. Meagan told me they had some great new laser device and I gave it a shot. I had an exceptionally amazing experience.  I wanted to discuss with them about my combination oily skin.  Talked with Rebekah Starkey and she gave me a skin regiment to help remedy it.  It was really a customized regiment and nothing out of the box or generalized.  Great bedside manners and very understanding.  Plan on booking for botox and I am looking forward to the appointment. I absolutely LOVE Meagan! When I tell you my skin has never  looked better, I'm 68 and haven't looked this young in a decade. All my friends have noticed. Meagan specializes in results oriented laser treatments.  She is a straight shooter and sets the bar HIGH! The value is also a huge reason I call Magnolia my home. This Med Spa has the best laser girls around! Meagan and Hannah are experts in treating ALL skin types and tones. I’ve visited the ladies at Magnolia twice—once for an initial consult and then for treatment. Both times I was warmly welcomed (as was my 2yo daughter). Each of the women are kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Rebekah and Meagan provided transparent and honest patient education along with excellent service. The clinic was easy to find, comfortable and exceptionally clean. My experience at Magnolia was fantastic! Everyone was super nice and extremely knowledgeable! If you’re a first timer or someone that’s been getting treatments - you’ll definitely feel welcomed and comfortable at Magnolia! I also loved that I didn’t feel pressured into purchasing any extra - treatments or products.  I’d definitely recommend checking the providers out there.
